The saga between the New York Jets and disgruntled edge rusher Haason Reddick continues, with Reddick wanting a contract extension or trade and the Jets not budging.
According to ESPN’s Jeremy FowlerSeveral league executives believe Reddick could be traded at some point. One thinks the Jets won’t get back what they gave up if they trade Reddick, who was a conditional third-round pick in 2026.
Following this report by Fowler, Team 33 listed four teams he thought could be a possible landing spot for Reddick. The Tennessee Titans were among them, as were the The Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts And Detroit Lions.

The Titans could certainly be interested in trading Reddick, as the team could use more help on the field.
Tennessee has a solid No. 1 edge rusher in Harold Landry, but Arden Key is too inconsistent and the Titans lack reliable depth options behind those two.
Reddick would immediately be the most accomplished pass-rusher on the Titans roster if he were drafted. He has recorded 11 or more sacks in each of the last four years. He would give the Titans a fantastic duo if paired with Landry.
The biggest hurdle might be paying Reddick, who would almost certainly have to agree to a new contract before a team would bring him in.
But Reddick is young enough (30 on September 22) that signing him to a multi-year deal isn’t that risky, and we know he has the production to justify a big contract.
General manager Ran Carthon has been very aggressive this offseason, so a trade for Reddick seems within his reach. The Titans should also have some cap space again next season, with Above the hood Tennessee is estimated to have a whopping $73.9 million budget to work with in 2025.
With the means and motivation, the Titans trading for Reddick is a very realistic scenario, assuming he eventually becomes available.
