With Cam Ward at the helm, the Titans have begun to undergo the thaw they so desperately craved following Derrick Henryβs departure.
Things arenβt perfect in Nashville. But they look a lot brighter now, with the franchise taking steps to overcome the toils that plagued them in the past.
That directive goes far beyond the playing field. Tennesseeβs jerseys have tended to underwhelm as of late, proving another cudgel for NFL fans to wield against the struggling franchise.
But not anymore. Thereβs a new stylist in town in Music City. Theyβve taken major steps to enliven the Titansβ decaying strips, thumbing through the franchiseβs history book to do so.
With that, hereβs what you need to know about the new uniforms Tennessee unveiled during the 2026 offseason.

Titans new uniforms, explained
The Titans underwent a face-lift ahead of the 2026 campaign, spurning their venerable navy blue threads for lighter, more whimsical attire. Tennesseeβs new kits are shaped by the franchiseβs migratory history, taking inspiration from the franchiseβs predecessor, the Houston Oilers.

Titans new uniformsβ connection to Oilers
The Oilers rocked βLuva Ya Blueβ jerseys throughout the 1970s, appearing in back-to-back AFC championship games while draped in the watercolor garb. It was those baby blue kits that Earl Campbell rocked as he romped through opposition defenses.

The franchise relocated to Tennessee in 1997. In 1999, it rebranded to the Titans, spelling an end to a tenure that was wanting in on-field success β save for two AFL titles β but proved memorable to players and fans alike.
Tennessee hasnβt fared much better in the years since its relocation. Perhaps its new garb can push Robert Salehβs squad to new heights in the years to come.

Titans new jerseys
The jerseys are almost identical to their ancestors, cloaked in white, red and βTitans Blueβ, a cousin to the βColumbia Blueβ hue the Oilers once flaunted.
There are a few differences. Thereβs a subtle striping pattern on the sides of the jerseysβ pants and shoulders. There are eight stripes in total β six thin black band sandwiched by two wider red bars. The accents are noteworthy β the stripes are a dead ringer for a six-string guitar, an instrument that is especially cherished in the Music City.

Titans new helmet
Thereβs something familiar about Tennesseeβs lids. The Titansβ logo is decked in that new-look color-way, which eerily resembles the mark they wore when they were the Oilers.
And yet, they are also distinct. Tennessee embraced the fireworks in the years since its rebrand, pairing its βTβ insignia with a fireball-like effect. Only the βTβ remains this time around, though, paired with three stars that evoke the Tennessee state flag.

All told, the Titansβ latest garments are certainly eye-catching. They may not be everyoneβs cup of tea. But theyβre certain to linger in onlookers minds in the years to come, just like their forebears did.
Titans new logo
The Titans logo was stripped down ahead of the 2026 season. The previous emblem featured a fireball effect around the βTβ, which doubled as a dagger. The current iteration sees those aspects fall away, replaced by a lighter blue palette and red bordering.
