Some of Josh Allen’s best targets are currently sidelined.
Wide receiver Keon Coleman is already confirmed to be out for the Buffalo Bills’ Sunday afternoon game against the Kansas City Chiefs, while Amari Cooper and Dalton Kincaid’s statuses are unconfirmed.
With a depleted receiving corps, the Bills will have to look for the next man up — and that could be Mack Hollins.
Hollins, a journeyman wideout who entered the NFL in 2017, is playing his first season in Buffalo. He has played in all 10 of the Bills’ games this year, catching 16 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns.
With Coleman and Cooper both sidelined against the Indianapolis Colts last week, Hollins saw his role increase. He caught four passes for 86 yards, both of which were career highs.
What stands out about Hollins is his big-play ability. Hollins’ speed makes him a tough matchup for opposing defensive backs, as he can find space rather easily.
For fantasy purposes, Hollins may also be worth a waiver-wire pickup. He’s exceeded 10 points in each of his last two games, making him a flex possibility.
If Cooper plays against the Chiefs, Hollins may be a bit less productive. But he’d still likely own the spot as Buffalo’s No. 2 receiver.
