Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 2 Secret Areas
The Hebeth chapter in Doom The Dark Ages features a total of nine Secret Areas. We’ve highlighted their locations below:
Secret Area 1
While moving towards the weapon facility’s entrance, you’ll encounter a vulnerable barrier that can be broken using the shield bash. Push through it and then turn right to find a Life Sigil and uncover the first hidden location in Doom The Dark Ages Chapter 2.
Secret Area 2
As you inch closer to the facility, you’ll find yourself inside an area with steam pipes running on the walls. Here, be on the lookout for a vent that has two boxes sitting below it. After finding it, jump inside and head forward towards the question mark pop-up to collect the Imp Stalker Toy.
Secret Area 3
In the corridor outside the research lab, turn left to spot a breakable wall with the purple shield icon on it. Bash through it and turn left to pick up some gold and find the Doom The Dark Ages section area 3.
Secret Area 4
On your way to the research lab, look for a Sentinel statue facing an accessible platform. Climb it to uncover the fourth secret area in Hebeth and grab some gold.
Secret Area 5
Once you’re in the room with the massive helmet hologram, look for another vulnerable wall that sits beside some boxes. Bash through it to enter a secret vent and loot some gold.
Secret Area 6
After exiting the facility, look for a dilapidated building and head inside using the front door. You’ll find yourself inside a secret area with a stack of gold sitting near the entrance.
Secret Area 7
The seventh secret area is located inside yet another vent, conveniently placed near some boxes. Use the boxes as a platform to jump towards its scalable cover. Head inside and keep going straight to discover the hidden location.
Secret Area 8
The penultimate Secret Area sits inside another vent, but it’s placed right next to the Sentinel Shrine this time. With the Slayer’s back facing the shrine, turn left and into the gore-infested corridor until you locate another platform leading up to a vent.
Secret Area 9
The final Secret Area in Chapter 2 is located just outside of the main boss room. Once there, you can spot a room whose entrance is guarded by raging flames. To extinguish the fire, head inside the room located on the opposite end and interact with the valve seen above. Your reward for solving this mini-puzzle is some gold and the final Doom secret in Hebeth.
