Neverness To Everness Jiuyuan Build
Jiuyuan is currently the strongest sub-DPS in Neverness to Everness. This is the very reason she is currently in the SS-tier in our NTE tier list. Reality Refuge is the best Arc for Jiuyuan. This S-rank Arc increases the Anima DMG by 15% and additionally increases the Attachment DMG by the wearer by an additional 30%. The Arc is also free to obtain in the game. All you have to do is finish the ‘Let’s Go See a Movie’ commission in New Herland District.
Although I won’t recommend any other Arc for Jiuyuan, there are still options you may use. Fluff of Fearlessness, The Forgotten, and First Step to Success are all decent options you may try on Jiuyuan’s build in NTE.

Fireflies and the Forest is the best cartridge for Jiuyuan, as it is the only option that buffs Anima DMG. This cartridge gives a 10% increase in Anima DMG, while also providing a massive 56% Crit DMG boost.
Again, I won’t recommend any alternatives, but if you really want other options, then you can go for Devil’s Blood Curse, Street Boxer, and Shadow Creed.

Finally, ATK% should be the least priority stat.

Other than that, you can use a Chiz and Hathor duo with Jiuyuan. Skia is another good DPS option in this team, while Haniel is always a good support alternative for Sakiri.
