The Cincinnati Bengals (0-2) are looking for their first win of the season as they host the Washington Commanders (1-1) at Paycor Stadium.
The Week 3 primetime game on Monday night has the Bengals heavily favored, with the Commanders parading the No. 2 overall pick in Jayden Daniels.
After a heartbreaking loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 2, the Bengals are looking to bounce back. They’ll also have reinforcements on the way.
On the final injury reportThe Bengals have waived two players, one player listed as questionable and two players listed as questionable. Meanwhile, Washington waived one player and one player listed as questionable ahead of Monday night’s game.
We’ll update if either team makes any changes to their injury reports on Sunday, but these are the players with injury designations for the Week 3 matchup.
Bengals vs Commanders Week 3: Full injury rosters
Cincinnati Bengals
Out
- DT Sheldon Rankin (hamstring)
- TE Tanner Hudson (knee)
Neither Rankin nor Hudson were able to practice all week, and the Bengals are going to be extremely thin on the interior defensive line. Hudson has played just nine offensive snaps this season, so his absence won’t change much on offense.
Doubtful
Hill left the game against the Kansas City Chiefs with an injury in Week 2 and was unable to practice throughout the week. He is unlikely to play, which leaves an even bigger hole on the defensive line.
Questionable
- S Vonn Bell (back)
- DT Kris Jenkins Jr. (thumb)
Bell appears to be a game-time decision after being limited Thursday and not practicing Friday or Saturday. Jenkins was limited in the first two practices and was full Saturday to make his debut Monday night.
No designation
- QB Joe Burrow (wrist)
- TE Mike Gesicki (calf)
- WR Tee Higgins (hamstring)
- OT Amarius Mims (breastplate)
All four players were full participants in Saturday’s practice. Burrow has been a full participant all season, so it wouldn’t be surprising if he stopped appearing on the injury report. Higgins is the big name here, as he’ll finally make his debut after missing the first two games with a hamstring injury he suffered just before Week 1.
Washington Commanders
Out
The former first-round pick was limited Friday but did not practice Saturday, so he was ruled out.
Questionable
- CB Emmanuel Forbes Jr. (thumb)
Forbes had thumb surgery after Week 1 and while he was sidelined in Week 2, he has a chance to return Monday night. He was limited in practice all week.
No designation
- DT Jer’Zhan Newton (foot)
- FROM Dorance Armstrong (chest)
- OT Brandon Coleman (ankle)
- S Quan Martin (hamstring)
- CB Benjamin St.-Juste (groin)
