Before Jalen Brunson dominated Madison Square Garden in a Knicks uniform, he was an All-American at Villanova. Now, he’s starring in a new AT&T commercial that sums up all the college basketball fans during March Madness.
It’s fitting that Brunson is in a March Madness commercial considering he won two NCAA championships in three years with Villanova.
Current New York Liberty guard and former Oregon Ducks guard Sabrina Ionescu and USC guard JuJu Watkins appear alongside Brunson in the latest ad. Ionescu made the Final Four in 2018-19 as a junior and Watkins is in her first NCAA season.

March is the best month of the year for college basketball fans. It’s impossible to watch enough college games between the men’s and women’s teams, especially when there are up to four games at a time in the round of 16.
Brunson gets it and knows he has a “vibe.” The former Villanova standout, who won two NCAA championships, wears a jacket adorned with more than a dozen phones, each featuring a different college basketball game. He’s sporting his “tournament jacket” as he explains to a friend that it’s so he can watch games “at home or on the road” with AT&T.
The commercial shows Brunson walking down the sidewalk with fans following him, watching March Madness games on his jacket. The fans continue to look out the cafe window as Brunson sits with Ionescu.
Even Ionescu watches her say “money” as she shoots herself.

Watkins, who is not with the duo, questions the “tournament jacket” upon seeing Brunson’s social media post. Fans seem to love it, though, as one bus rider said he’s “just like Jalen” while he wears his own “tournament jacket.”
The commercial ends with Brunson stating that it’s “a vibe.”
