The Knicks travel to the Bay Area to visit the Warriors on Monday night (10 p.m. ET), with New York trying to stay in the top four in the East and Golden State looking to climb out of Play-In position. Today we’ll preview this game from a betting perspective, detailing the odds, stats and trends you should know, and our best bets, top props and final score prediction.

The Warriors, who have battled injuries and issues all season, enter the week with something that seems unprecedented for them: a clean injury report. Chris Paul’s return from his broken hand has been uneventful, Andrew Wiggins has been there and even Draymond Green seems focused on the final stretch.

The New York report is not as promising. The Knicks’ roster recently returned to x-factor OG Anunoby as day to day with an elbow injury, and the frontcourt duo of Julius Randle (shoulder) and Mitch Robinson (ankle) remain sidelined from their long-term woes term.

Villanova’s trio of All-Star Jalen Brunson, sharpshooter Donte DiVincenzo and Swiss Army Knife Josh Hart have done everything they can to keep this team in the local standings, but they need OG to be active to have a real chance against the powers of the Association.

Can the Brunson Burner and company get hot enough to burn the Warriors at Chase Center? Or will Steph Curry and the Dubs stay on the court and win their 16th game since February 1? Let’s delve into the odds of this interconference clash and get the BetMGM’s best bets and best accessories so you can start your week with some cash.

Knicks vs. Knicks Prediction Warriors, player accessories, best bets against the spread and money line

All odds and props are from BetMGM, an authorized NBA gaming operator.

  • ETA: Warriors -5.5 (-105) | Knicks +5.5 (-115)
  • Money line: Warriors -225 | Knicks +180
  • Below: Or 211.5 (-105) | U 211.5 (-115)

Bookmakers recognize the power of OG. New York has been just 5-13 ATS in its last 18 games, and 6-12 ATS in its last 18 without Anunoby. Meanwhile, Golden State is 17-8 in non-conference games this season (the second-best record in the NBA).

Where is the UNDIES!? UNDER has hit in the Knicks’ last five games, as well as in 10 of Golden State’s last 13 games. And yet, as of 10:45 a.m. ET on Monday, 83 percent of over/under bettors are OVER.

Predictions and best bets for Knicks vs. Warriors

The Knicks have taken the injury blows in stride, but they are clearly playing better with OG Anunoby on the court. They are 15-2 with him since he became a Knickerbocker and 8-11 without him. Everything runs more smoothly with him on the court: Tom Thibodeau’s team has a cleaner look, the offense flows better, and the team’s defense and rebounding improve noticeably.

Golden State at home with any advantage this time of year is dangerous. Steve Kerr’s team is 14-6 ATS in its last 20 games, Steph Curry continues to shoot lights out, everyone is healthy (sort of), and the Dubs have gotten good physical contributions from Jonathan Kuminga and Trayce Jackson-Davis. This is a bad situation for New York.

The most important factor in this might be willpower. Golden State leads the NBA in total rebounds, so New York may not be able to rely on pure athleticism, hustle and effort like it often does to get second-chance points. And if Jalen Brunson fumbles six times like he did Saturday against the Kings, the Knicks will be very lucky to get another win (somehow they beat Sac-town 98-91 in that one, with the Kings shooting just 35 percent).

In the Warriors’ six games since they were destroyed by the Celtics a couple of weeks ago, they have averaged 116.5 points per game. In that same stretch, New York averaged just 98.6 points per game. All the statistics and trends tell you what to do; the rest is up to you.

FINAL SCORE PREDICTION: warriors 108, Knicks 101 – The Warriors gain (-105) and cover (-5.5), and the score ends LOW the projected total (211.5).

Prop bet on the best Knicks player vs. Warriors

Donté DiVincenzo triples – OVER 3.5 (-120)

We expect the Knicks to play from behind most of the night, so we like DiVincenzo to shoot early and often. Did you know this guy is third in the NBA in three-pointers? Well now you know. With Julius Randle and Mitch Robinson out and OG Anunoby questionable, you can feel confident with your DD. DiVincenzo averaged 4.5 3-pointers during Anunoby’s 18-game absence from late January to mid-March.
