The Warriors won the most recent matchup between these two teams, beating a James-less Lakers team on February 22. Curry scored 32 points on 12-of-24 shooting, while Davis totaled 27 points, 15 rebounds and three blocks for Los Angeles.
In the first meeting between the Lakers and the Warriors on January 27, Los Angeles escaped with a victory in a double overtime thriller. James scored a triple-double (36 points, 20 rebounds and 12 assists) and made two crucial free throws to secure a 145-144 victory. Curry scored a game-high 46 points, making nine 3-pointers.
These are two very different versions of the Warriors and the Lakers. Golden State is 6-5 since the last time these teams met, while Los Angeles is 6-4.
