After the New England Patriots won their first game of the 2024 regular season against the Cincinnati Bengals, they have listed their final two games and will face the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday at Levi’s Stadium.
As the team prepares for the game, New England held a practice Wednesday on the fields behind Gillette Stadium. 12 players were listed on their first injury report of the week.
Only four players were not participating – offensive tackle Vederian Lowe (knee), guard Michael Jordan (ankle), linebacker Anfernee Jennings (shoulder) and cornerback Alex Austin (ankle).
Cornerback Christian Gonzalez (shoulder), tight end Hunter Henry (ankle), cornerback Jonathan Jones (shoulder), guard Sidy Sow (ankle), offensive tackle Caedan Wallace (knee) and center David Andrews (rest) were listed as restricted.
Full participants included offensive tackle Michael Onwenu (wrist) and safety Jabrill Peppers (ankle).
The 49ers listed six players on their injury report – defensive lineman Javon Hargrave (DNP – triceps), wide receiver Deebo Samuel (DNP – calf), offensive tackle Trent Williams (DNP – illness), linebacker Dee Winters (DNP – ankle), the tight player. finish George Kittle (limited – hamstring) and quarterback Brock Purdy (full – fullback).
