The 2025 Formula 1 season continues its Americas leg with the Mexican Grand Prix this weekend.

Defending Drivers’ champion Max Verstappen claimed his fifth title of the season at the United States GP last week by outpacing the likes of McLaren’s Lando Norris and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc.

He will look to be victorious again at the Mexican Grand Prix as he will try to reduce his 40-point deficit with current Drivers’ standings leader Oscar Piastri, who sits on top of the summit with 346 points.

McLaren, with 12 wins in 19 races so far this season, is at 678 points in team standings and has opened up a 337-point lead over second-placed Ferrari.
