FIFA will hold its annual awards ceremony this week to recognize the best players, coaches, fans and participants in the global football community.
Held in London in early 2024, FIFA will name the best players on and off the pitch from across the sport during the 2023 calendar year.
The Best Awards began in 2016 as FIFA’s alternative to the Ballon d’Or, which separated from its association with football’s governing body at the time. Since then, it has become a ceremony filled with several nominations, including best player, best coaches for both men and women, and the annual Puskas Award for goal of the year.
With reigning Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi also nominated for The Best FIFA Men’s Player award, along with many other stars from around the world of football, The Jugo Mobile brings you everything you need to know about the ceremony this year, including how to watch the live performances.
