How to cancel your Microsoft Office 365 business subscription

If you’re on the iOS team, here’s what you need to do to cancel your Microsoft Office subscription. You can do this on your iPhone or iPad.
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

- Go to the iTunes and app store.

- Tap your Apple ID, you’ll see it in blue at the top of the screen.

- When the pop-up window appears, tap on the first option: View Apple ID.

- Use your regular sign-in credentials or other types of recognition to sign in to the iTunes Store. Then select Subscriptions to see the list of services you are subscribed to.

How to cancel your Microsoft Office free trial on a Windows PC, Mac, or Chromebook
The process works a little differently on computers.
For Windows PC
If your PC is running a version of Windows, here are the steps to follow to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account.

- You will find yourself in the main panel. In the taskbar at the top, choose Services and subscriptions.

- Here you will see Microsoft Office 365 and two options below: Cancel and Turn off automatic renewal. Click on Cancel.

- In the pop-up window, click Confirm cancellation as your choice. This window will appear if your free trial has not yet ended.

- On the next screen, you will see a notification that your subscription will not automatically renew. You can still use the suite until the free trial ends, even if you canceled it.

If you also want to turn off auto-renewal, go back to step three and click “Turn off auto-renewal” instead of Cancel. On the next screen, choose ‘Confirm cancellation’ and that’s it.
For Chromebooks
Here’s how to cancel Microsoft Office on a Chromebook. If you have this device, you can purchase products from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in to Google Pay to view your orders.

- Scroll down to Microsoft 365, in Shopping historyand select Manage.

- Select the Cancel subscription option.
You will not have to pay for the service in the future and may receive a refund under specific circumstances.

For Mac
This is what the cancellation process looks like on Mac computers:
- Open iTunes on your Mac and sign in if you haven’t already.
