49ers WR Deebo Samuel remains uncertain about playing against the Lions, and his injury status is impacting the betting line for Sunday’s NFC Championship Game.
Samuel missed two regular season games after suffering a microfracture in his shoulder. He suffered another shoulder injury against the Packers, but did not suffer another fracture, and that means there is a chance he could leave on Sunday.
He’s a key offensive cog in the 49ers’ offense, and Samuel shined in the only game of his career against the Lions a couple of seasons ago. He finished with a team-high nine receptions (on 12 targets), 189 receiving yards and a touchdown catch to lead San Francisco to a 41-33 victory over Detroit.
