Daelin Proudmoore features a unique boss deck with cards and hero powers not found in the regular game. The cards are more powerful than normal cards and can be harder to beat if you are very unlucky.

To counter this, your Hunter hero also starts out with a few tricks up his sleeve. Your hero power is incredibly useful and is one of the most crucial ways to achieve victory. Defeating Daelin Proudmoore

At first glance, the battle is very unbalanced in favor of the AI. The hero’s power alone is powerful. Considering the main source of the board, card advantage and unique cards, it becomes a challenge for any player. The entire fight revolves around responding to the AI ​​hero’s power and prolonging the presence on the board during the beginning of the game.

Once the enemy reaches enough mana to deploy additional threats on the board or remove minions with Monsoon, the fight will usually tilt in their favor. It is best to take advantage of your advantage as quickly as possible and use proactive cards.

Your deck is loaded with Secret cards and has two Eaglehorn Bows at your disposal. Usually the easiest tactic is to equip the bow and play as many Secret cards as possible, and maintain Bow Durability so you have something to attack with.

Unfortunately, most of your secrets are not effective against the enemy hero’s power. If they activate late in the game, their effects will generally not be enough to give you an effective avenue of attack. The bow is a useful removal piece for warships (along with your hero power), so don’t hesitate to use the final charge if it means stopping the devastating effect.

If possible, take a mulligan and remove any Secret cards from your starting hand. You have a lot of them in your deck and your chances of drawing some are significant. Other cards take priority and most of your other cards only require one Secret in play.

early game

At the beginning of the game, focus on setting up the board and using your hero power to complete the first few plays. The best opening game sequence you can do is usually:

• Turn Four Alpha Hyena or Hero Power + Secret

These cards will allow you to prepare for the inevitable power-up of the turn 4 AI hero. You should be able to clear the board of all enemy minions except the warship on turn five. A hero’s power will reduce them to two health, which is enough to take out the masked contender, bow, or alpha. You’ll have three mana left to put something else on the board.

Half of the game

When possible, use higher health minions to trade and let the smaller ones deal damage directly to the opponent.

You will always have Cairne Bloodhoof in your hand on turn 6, making it a relatively easy play. He has Charge to immediately pressure enemy minions, and his Deathrattle will keep a 4/5 minion on the board once he dies.

The best secret to use is the Venomstrike trap. The 2/3 poisonous snake can kill two warships alone. Instead of Venomstrike Trap, the next best option is Snipe because most of the creatures the AI ​​plays from your hand have four or less health.

If you draw Pressure Trap or Misdirection, save them for after the enemy has played Eye of the Storm.

Once you’ve established a clear presence on the board, your 2-mana hero power can put pressure on the opponent’s 4-mana power, allowing you to make easier trades and put pressure on the AI’s total life.

late game

Your deck only has a few options to damage the enemy directly, namely Kill Command and three weapons. Most of your damage potential will come from minions. If the enemy has 10 health points or less, two kill commands will be enough to finish him off, so don’t waste one too soon.

If you haven’t managed to deal enough damage to the enemy before they start deploying high-cost spells, the AI ​​can plateau within a few turns, making victory out of reach. The game is usually over or close to the end before 10^th fold.

You may not be able to defeat the enemy on the first try. The game has some random components, which can be quite stressful if you are not used to them. An example is with the starting hand you draw and the cards you draw each turn. Sometimes you won’t get the cards you need to pressure the enemy early.
